What’s Going on @ Lincoln

On Friday, January 9th, we’ll show our Lion appreciation for our teachers and staff with a lunch! Lunch will be arranged by the PTO. If you are able please help donate snacks, drinks and desserts. Donations can be dropped in the office anytime the week of Jan 5-9 (before Friday at noon).

Our next Dine Out is on Wednesday, January 14 with Big Fin Poké! Mention Lincoln PTO and 20% of your meal goes back to support the PTO!

The Lincoln School community has been coming together to provide meals for families in our community. There is an open door, no questions asked policy in the school main office for families to come in and grab bags of pre-packed breakfast, lunch and dinner bags that would serve a family of 4. We have also been supplementing these with the grocery gift cards.

We hope to provide specific updates on a weekly basis, but we do not want to overwhelm our community of givers. We have community connections with the Melrose Food Pantry that we will reach out to as well if we cannot fill these needs from within our community. Based on what we are hearing from our families, we anticipate that we will be seeing high levels of need this year, especially through the winter months.

Donations can be dropped off in the clear Food Donations bin that is next to the lost and found by the main entrance. Every contribution makes a difference—thank you for supporting our families!

The Lincoln Holiday Giving Tree is a long standing tradition to help assist families in our community who could use extra support during the holiday season. If you are able, please consider donating gift cards to help make our community’s holiday season a little brighter.

Welcome to a new school year at Lincoln Elementary! Whether you’re returning or joining us for the first time, we’re so excited to have you as part of our caring community.

The Lincoln Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a group of parents, caregivers, and staff working together to support our students and enrich their educational experience. From organizing beloved events like the Glow Party and Turkey Trot to funding classroom resources, enrichment programs, and teacher appreciation efforts, the PTO plays a vital role in making Lincoln a joyful and inclusive place to learn and grow.

🌟 Annual Appeal: Why It Matters

Each fall, we launch our Annual Appeal as we rely on donations to support nearly everything we do to help make Lincoln a better place. Whether you can give $10 or $100, your support makes a real impact. Donations are tax-deductible.

  • Drop off cash or checks at the school office (make checks payable to Lincoln Elementary School PTO)
  • Donate online through PayPal
  • Check with your employer to see if they offer a matching gift program
