Spirit Day + Book Swap
Friday, May 30, during school hours
Get ready to have a ball at Spirit Day! Students will bounce into action and race to the finish, with yard games, a bounce obstacle course, water relays, — plus a DJ to keep the beat moving!
We’re looking forward to the annual traditions the 5th Grade v. Teachers kickball game, t-shirts, and slush cart.
Save the Date: We’ll need volunteers to help make the day a slam dunk—all volunteers must be CORI certified. Volunteer sign ups will be circulated by room parents closer to the event.
Hoover 3rd Annual Book Swap
Bring in your gently used, elementary reading level books. Drop them off in the designated bins located in the lobby. Donations will be accepted until Tuesday, May 27th.
On Spirit Day, students will be given the opportunity to shop the Book Swap and select books to take home! The number of books each student can take will be determined by the number of donations we receive. Donate as many books as you’d like! Help us make Hoover’s 3rd annual Book Swap a success!
