The MHS Parent Teacher Organization serves three distinct purposes:

Communicate and educate the MHS parent community through social media and newsletters. In addition, the PTO holds meetings on topics that are valuable to the wider MHS parent community.

Support MHS educators through grants, funded by PTO donations and managed by the Melrose Ed Foundation. Additional monetary assistance, for supplies and functions, are also funded by PTO donations

Support MHS students by providing refreshments for functions, funding events requested by MHS administration, and supplementing costs of yearbooks and other material for students who are unable to afford.
